buzz killington :
My brother and I are getting together to celebrate our 21st birthday and we’re looking for somewhere cool to travel next june. We both have a little travel under our belts, (few countries in Europe, central America and South East Asia.) We’re both keen on culture, cuisine and somewhere with good nightlife. Unfortunately we will most likely be on a strict budget, being student backpackers.
Any positive feedback would be much appreciated.!
Thanks

The obvious choice, if on a budget, is South East Asia again.
If you didn’t visit all of the countries there, why not try places like Myanmar/Burma, Laos etc. They are often forgotten but are incredible. Laos is fast becoming a backpacker option so I’d recommend going in before it becomes overrun, much like Thailand has been.
Or perhaps visit different cities in the countries you visited? Or do different things such as drive a motorbike up/down Vietnam?
