If you didn't visit all of the countries there, why not try places like Myanmar/Burma, Laos etc. They are often forgotten but are incredible. Laos is fast becoming a backpacker option so I'd recommend going in before it becomes overrun, much like Thailand has been. Or perhaps visit different cities in the countries you visited? Or do different things such as drive a motorbike up/down Vietnam? Thе obvious сhοісе, іf οn a budget, іѕ South East Asia again.
